Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after being placed. An order is considered dispatched when it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your chosen address. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 7–14 days after dispatch

  • Other Countries: 10–20 days after dispatch (may vary depending on location and customs clearance)

Please note that international orders may experience unexpected customs delays, which could extend delivery times beyond the estimate provided.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays or order cancellations. If you notice any errors in your shipping information, please email us at rubin4162@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to make changes, we cannot guarantee updates once your order has entered processing.

Delayed Delivery

We work hard to ensure orders are shipped promptly, but some delays are outside of our control — such as severe weather, courier disruptions, customs processing, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we’ll work with the courier to get your package to you as quickly as possible. Please note, Lux Glow cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by external factors.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the courier, its delivery is no longer within our control. If your order is lost or stolen, please contact us at rubin4162@gmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier. Most courier services have a claims process that may require additional information from you. While Lux Glow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and these situations are not covered under our refund policy, we will do our best to help resolve the issue and may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
